Because we love working with fabulous local artisans, this Beer Onion Confit was developed using delicious Grisette beer from our friends at Dunham Brewery. What was supposed to be a limited-edition treat has become a staple since 2017!

With grilled meat, burgers, or mashed potatoes (yes, really!).
