Ahhhh, our famous crackers. The ones that go crunch-crunch-crunch when you bite into them ;-) and are the perfect cracker because they don't crumble! Because let's face it, what could be more unpleasant than serving crackers with drinks that crumble or soften too quickly at the slightest touch of moisture!
These crackers are the result of a wonderful collaboration, since the beginning of our adventure, with the Monna sisters of Cassis Monna et filles, as we use their delicious blackcurrants, harvested on Île d'Orléans.
A perfect match?
As simple as with local cheeses, terrines, rillettes, pâtés, foie gras, or even our onion confit. And if not, just on their own, they are so tasty that we often enjoy eating them without any accompaniment!
